These working terms describe how the Mopixu CCA website and its public visual studies may be used. The final legal entity, governing law and formal dispute provisions require owner and lawyer confirmation.
Use of the site
You may browse the public site for lawful information, production discovery and communication purposes. Do not interfere with site security, overload the service, scrape protected infrastructure, impersonate Mopixu CCA or use the site to distribute unlawful material.
Content and rights
Unless a page states otherwise, the Mopixu CCA name, identity, copy, visual studies, videos, interface and layout are presented as protected brand and creative material. Do not reproduce, sell, modify or republish the site’s visual assets without permission. A link to the public site does not transfer any rights.
Studies and descriptions
Scene studies and production descriptions explain creative disciplines and visual direction. They are not promises of a specific commercial result, client outcome, delivery date or technical specification. A production conversation is not a contract until the parties agree in writing.
External links
The site links to Pixxi Castle, Hakan Dinç, Creativerse Lab and HD-CIPE as separate ecosystem authorities. Mopixu CCA does not control external sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability.
Updates
Content, routes, assets and these terms may change as the production site develops. The current version is identified by the review date above. The final governing law and formal legal entity details must be completed before publication as binding terms.
